Hello, friends.
Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice is about still building—using pauses, control, and steady attention to support more advanced balance and twisting shapes.
We start on the ground to organize the spine and core, then gradually build toward a standing twist inspired by Parivrtta Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana. Nothing is rushed. Each step gives you time to feel where stability comes from, how the standing leg works, and how stillness can actually make complex shapes more accessible.
This practice isn’t about achieving the pose. It’s about trusting what you know, building on it thoughtfully, and deciding how you want to show up—on the mat and in your day.
