Just You or a Group

Choose whether you’d like to work one-on-one or put together a small group (two or more). No matter what, every 12 week program includes a weekly one-hour check-in (face-to-face or on Zoom). Together, we’ll discuss your goals for your practice, and I’ll create a custom program tailored directly to those needs. Just take a moment to fill out the application, and we’ll get started!

Your goals are unique, so our approach will be, too. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits where you are now and where you want to go, whether it’s stress relief, self-growth, or mindfulness. You can work one-on-one with me, or gather a group of friends for a shared experience.

I do not offer single, one-off private sessions. Those things are great, but there are a lot of people who do them (and do them well). I am much more interested in creating a more meaningful practice together.

Whatever your goals, I will create a 12-week program just for you. Together, we will explore a practice to help you find your anchor in the turbulent world around you.

  • Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative)
  • Meditation (Including custom pre-recorded meditations for your solo time)
  • Journaling
  • Reading & Discussion

Why Twelve Weeks?

It takes time to build a new habits. We aren’t out here looking for quick fixes but rather robust and sustainable mindfulness practices that you can incorporate even after our workshop together. It’s less a private yoga session and more a yoga retreat that meets once a week.

“I don’t have enough time.”

No worries! I’ll work around your schedule to make sure your practice fits into your life.

“I’m new to this. Is it right for me?”

Absolutely! Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there.

“I prefer private sessions over groups.”

That’s totally fine! You can choose one-on-one sessions with me if that’s what you’re comfortable with.

“Can I just do private yoga?”

Yes! If you aren’t looking to build a daily mindfulness practice, we can simply do one-on-one or small group yoga “classes.”
