Today’s Ten-Minute Mornings practice brings the whole week together. We start by grounding through the feet and building energy upward, then move through a steady vinyasa that includes Warrior I, Warrior II, Triangle, Goddess, Skandhasana, Tree, and Half Moon.

The focus is simple but powerful: put your attention on what supports you. When the foundation is steady, everything else can move freely.

This is a smooth, repeatable morning flow that builds coordination, balance, and calm focus so you can step into the day with energy and clarity.
