Today’s practice continues our theme of waking up and arriving fully by exploring what it means to take up space. We move through long lunges, open twists, and reaching shapes that fill the mat and encourage a clear, confident presence in the body.

Rather than forcing bigger movement, the focus is on creating length, space, and support—lifting up through the ribs, grounding through the legs, and allowing the breath to move freely. As the flow builds, we explore how confidence develops when we stop shrinking and allow ourselves to fully occupy the space we’re already in.

This is a steady, energizing morning flow designed to help you feel upright, open, and ready to step into your day with clarity and intention.
