Today’s 10-minute morning practice starts on the back, builds through bridge and boat, then opens into lunges, twists, side angle, triangle, half moon, and standing balance. It’s a smart little progression: core first, then grounding, then flow, then wobble.

Not perfect. Usable.

And yes, Max makes an appearance.
