Today’s 10-Minute Mornings practice is all about balance—not the rigid kind, but the kind that holds when things get a little shaky.

We build from simple sun salutations into single-leg work, standing splits, chair transitions, and half moon variations. Expect some wobble. That’s not a problem—it’s the whole point.

The goal isn’t to eliminate instability. It’s to stay with it without tightening up or rushing through.
