Today’s Daily Flow practice explores what happens when we slow down and stay — holding familiar yoga postures for about five steady breaths instead of moving quickly from shape to shape.
While this series is usually Ten-Minute Mornings, today’s session gently extended to about 15 minutes, with the option to step out at the ten-minute mark or stay for a second round. By grounding more deeply in each posture, we give the nervous system time to settle and the body time to respond — building strength, awareness, and ease without forcing.
You’ll move through simple lunges, twists, Downward Facing Dog, and standing postures, returning to the same shapes more than once. The repetition isn’t accidental — it’s how we refine sensation, notice subtle changes, and develop what yogis call interoception: the ability to feel what’s happening inside.
This is a steady, grounded practice designed to help you reset, center, and carry that steadiness into the rest of your day.
