Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice is built around repetition in a short, repeating yoga flow—a standing sequence that we move through again and again with minimal variation.

By repeating the same flow, we give ourselves the chance to settle into the breath, trust what’s coming next, and let the practice become a kind of moving meditation. You’ll see familiar shapes—chair, twists, Warrior II, triangle—with optional balance variations like half moon if you want them.

This is a short, grounding practice you can return to anytime. If it doesn’t land today, come back tomorrow. Repetition builds clarity.
