DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Space, Strength & Flexibility

Add to My Favorites

This 10-minute morning yoga flow is about creating space—through the hips, hamstrings, and spine—so strength can organize instead of compress.

We start low and grounded with seated work, build into core and hip opening, and move into a clear standing progression: half split → pyramid → triangle. Nothing rushed. Just clean, usable movement you can carry into your day.
