We keep it simple: sun salutations to wake things up, steady standing work, and just enough balance and rotation to get everything online without overdoing it.
This is one of those flows you can come back to again and again. Nothing fancy—just breath, movement, and a reminder that you don’t have to rush to feel ready for the day.
