✨ Release tension and refresh your body in just ten minutes! In this Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings class, we’ll combine gentle bridges, hip-opening figure fours, and seated twists to unwind the spine, open the chest, and create space to breathe more fully.

This all-levels sequence is designed to ease morning stiffness, support spinal mobility, and bring you back to center. You’ll finish grounded, open, and ready to set your intention for the day.

✨ What you’ll get in this class:
• Bridge pose variations to open chest & spine
• Hip-releasing supine pigeon (figure four)
• Twists with optional eagle wrap for deeper release
• A mindful close with breath and intention
