Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice is a gentle, full-body reset designed to help you ease back into movement.
This class was originally planned for Wednesday, but after being under the weather for a couple of days, I’m grateful to be back with you today. If you’ve also had a disrupted week—or just need something steady and uncomplicated—this practice meets you right where you are.
We move through simple standing motions, soft knee bends, arm swings, and easy folds to warm the joints, reconnect with breath, and reestablish rhythm. Nothing fancy. Just movement that helps you feel human again.
