Yoga for Control & Stability

Add to My Favorites

Hello, friends.

Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice focuses on moving with purpose — staying present in the transitions instead of rushing toward the next shape.

This is a slow, continuous flow where we revisit simple standing movements and weight shifts, allowing control, balance, and steadiness to build naturally through repetition and breath.

Rather than adding complexity, we refine what’s already familiar — noticing how smoother transitions create more stability and ease over time.

⏱️ Practice Highlights
• 0:00–2:00 — Arriving in the breath and setting a steady rhythm
• 2:00–5:00 — Slow standing transitions with deliberate weight shifts
• 5:00–8:00 — Repeating the same movements to build control and confidence
• 8:00–10:00 — Letting the flow feel lighter and more integrated

This practice is ideal if you’re looking to build strength without rushing, improve balance, or reconnect with the quality of your movement — even in a short amount of time.
