Explore and Refine Chaturanga

Add to My Favorites

Hello, friends.

In today’s Ten-Minute Mornings practice, we explore how depth in yoga doesn’t come from learning new shapes — it comes from being more present in familiar ones.

This short, steady flow focuses on Chaturanga as a transition we often rush or mentally skip. We move slowly through several variations — knees-chest-chin, a modified plank, and full Chaturanga — pausing to feel engagement, organize the body, and emphasize forward movement over pushing or collapsing.

Throughout the practice, the invitation is simple:
stay connected to breath, stay curious, and stay grounded in what’s actually happening.

What makes a practice advanced isn’t how it looks.
It’s how fully you’re there for it.

This is a return-to-basics practice designed to build clarity, strength, and awareness — not by chasing perfection, but by refining attention.
