Intention. Not Resolution.

Hello, friends.
This was a spontaneous Ten-Minute Mornings practice — and it turned into about fifteen minutes. I hadn’t planned to go live today, but I found myself wanting to practice, and then wanting to share that practice with you.

We move slowly through foundational shapes: seated breath awareness, gentle spinal warm-ups, twists, cat-cow, low lunges, Sun Salute variations, Warrior I, and simple transitions that emphasize rooting, length, and steady effort without strain. Nothing fancy. Just the kind of movement that helps you check in, settle the breath, and start the day feeling present.

We also take time to talk about intention — not resolutions, not fixing ourselves — but choosing how we arrive in our day, and how we treat ourselves and others. That’s the work that actually lasts.

This practice is a little longer than usual, but it felt right. I’m grateful to spend it with you — whether you’re watching live, later today, or months from now.
