Daily Flow App Support

Thank you for downloading the Daily Flow Yoga app! I’m so honored that you’ve welcomed Daily Flow into your yoga practice. Of course, just like in a yoga practice, with technology comes glitches and periodic malfunctions. Here are some FAQs, but always feel free to reach out to me at james@dailyflow.yoga if I can be of service.

App Content Not Loading

The Daily Flow app streams videos and articles directly from dailyflow.yoga and YouTube. An active internet connection is required to view content.

If the app is not loading content, please try the following:

  • Confirm you are connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data
  • Pull down to refresh on the Today, Videos, or Articles screens
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Allow additional time after first installing or logging in, as content may be syncing

If the issue continues, contact james@dailyflow.yoga with your device type and iOS version.


Account Deletion

Users can delete their Daily Flow account and associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

  1. Visit https://dailyflow.yoga/my-account/delete-account/
  2. Log in using the same email or username used in the app
  3. Re-enter your password and confirm account deletion

Once completed, your account information and saved favorites are permanently removed.

If you experience any difficulty, you may also request account deletion by emailing james@dailyflow.yoga.


Trouble Logging In

If you’re having trouble logging into your account, try the following steps:

  • Double-check your email and password.
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces and that Caps Lock is turned off.
  • Reset your password.
    Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
    Occasionally, saved data can interfere with logging in.
  • Check your internet connection.
    A weak or unstable connection can prevent successful login.
