This 10-minute morning yoga flow is a continuous, standing-based sequence focused on steady movement, simple transitions, and staying in motion without rushing. We work through lunges, warriors, gentle twists, and forward-moving stepsโ€”linking one shape to the next so the body wakes up through movement rather than force.

The emphasis isnโ€™t on doing more.
