DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Steady Movement to Wake Up & Get Ready

Add to My Favorites

In this Ten-Minute Mornings practice, we focus on steady, continuous movement—less repetition, fewer cues, and a smooth, breath-led flow that helps you feel awake, grounded, and ready to participate in your day. This is not about perfection or peak poses; it’s about staying in motion without rushing and letting the practice organize you naturally.

You’ll move from the floor into standing work and flowing lunges, linking breath to movement so the body wakes up as the mind settles.
