DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Root Into Strength

Add to My Favorites

This 10-minute morning yoga practice is about rooting — pressing down through the feet to generate organized, usable strength.

We move through steady crescent lunges, focused grounding through the big toe side of the front foot, and controlled transitions into skandhasana. The emphasis isn’t intensity. It’s connection. Feel the quad fire. Wrap the shoulder blades. Let the torso feel lighter because the legs are doing their job.

This is standing yoga designed to build stability without strain. No rushing. No extra drama. Just clean, repeatable movement that prepares you for the day ahead.

If you’re looking for a quick morning yoga routine that strengthens the legs, improves balance, and reinforces grounded alignment, this practice delivers it in ten focused minutes.
