Today’s practice is about how you land: controlled steps, quiet feet, and steady balance.
We warm up with standing cat–cow and a simple fold flow, then use Crescent, Half Split, and Pyramid to prep the legs and hips for the main event:
• Warrior I → Warrior III → Warrior I
• Warrior II → Half Moon → Warrior II
Think “lunar landing”—soft, precise, and intentional. Ten minutes. Better balance. Less drama.
