10-Minute Morning Yoga | Chair Pose Strength Without Tension

Add to My Favorites

Some yoga flows feel smooth because they keep moving. But what happens when the movement pauses?

In today’s Ten-Minute Mornings practice we explore breathing inside effort—holding shapes long enough to feel strength, sensation, even a little shaking, while keeping the breath steady and organized.

A short standing warm-up leads into side bends, a gentle forward fold sequence, and twisting work that asks you to stay present inside effort rather than rushing past it.

The goal isn’t ease.
It’s steadiness.
