Today’s 10-Minute Mornings practice builds balance from the ground up. You’ll wake up the spine, fire up the core, open the hamstrings and hips, and work through chair pose, twists, lunges, triangle, and optional balance transitions like crow, half moon, and revolved half moon. It’s a steady morning yoga flow for focus, activation, and stronger movement without rushing.
