This 10-minute morning yoga practice is designed to wake you up, build heat, and keep you moving. No overthinking, no micromanaging—just breath, movement, and a continuous loop you can stay with.
We move through lunges, twists, balancing work, and standing transitions that gradually build intensity. Expect your heart rate to come up, your breath to matter, and your attention to stay anchored in something simple: keep moving, keep breathing.
If things get messy or fast, that’s part of it. Reset when you need to. The shapes aren’t the point—the breath is.
Short, repeatable, and usable.
