Today’s 10-Minute Mornings practice starts low to the ground and gradually builds heat. We move from reverse table and boat into plank, cobra, and down dog, then into low crescent lunge, goddess squat, triangle, and a standing balance option with half moon. It’s a strong but manageable morning yoga flow for grounding the feet, waking up the core, opening the front body, and building just enough fire to get the day moving.
