A 10-minute morning flow to wake up the body, ground your attention, and build heat through twisting patterns. We start low, open the hips, and then bring that into standing work—prayer twists, revolved triangle, and steady transitions. Nothing fancy. Just clean, usable movement.

05:03 – Plank → cobra → reset
05:30 – Second side lizard + twist
