Backbends, twists, Warrior poses, standing balance, and a little heat — today’s 10-minute morning yoga practice is about creating length before depth. We move through thread-the-needle, Warrior I & II, peaceful warrior, triangle variations, pyramid pose, standing split, and a flowing vinyasa sequence designed to wake up the spine and energize the whole body.

This morning practice builds gradually from grounding spinal movement into standing flows, balance work, and gentle backbends. The emphasis throughout is steadiness over performance: lengthening the spine, firming the foundation, and creating openness without force. We close with a Yoga Wisdom card pull centered on connection and the meaning of “namaste.”
