Today’s practice explores how grounding through the feet and staying connected through the legs creates more ease in balancing shapes like Warrior III and Half Moon. We work gradually from standing side bends and shoulder opening into flowing standing postures, balance work, and a short faster-moving challenge sequence near the end.
