Wake up your hips, shoulders, and spine with this 10-minute morning yoga practice focused on twists, Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), lizard lunge, pyramid pose, and deep hip opening stretches. This grounding flow is designed to release stiffness, improve mobility, and help you arrive into the day as you are.

Today’s flow moves through seated twists, figure four bridge variations, boat pose, cat-cow, Gomukhasana, lizard lunge, and wide-leg pyramid stretches to open the hips, shoulders, hamstrings, and back body. We close with a Yoga Wisdom Oracle card centered around karma, growth, and the effort we leave unrealized.
