Woke up feeling stiff, tired, or just not in the mood? In 10 minutes, I think we can change all that together.

In today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice, we wake up the body with side bends, bird dog variations, Gate Pose, low lunges, Down Dog Splits, Warrior II, Triangle Pose, and optional Side Plank transitions. The sequence builds gradually from gentle mobility work into a flowing standing practice before closing with an oracle card exploring the theme of healing and letting go of the past.
