The sun may be up, but perhaps you’re still struggling to get moving. This 10-minute morning yoga practice returns to the basics with simple, breath-led Sun Salutations designed to help you wake up, focus your attention, and create steady energy for the day ahead.
We’ll move slowly through three rounds of Sun Salutation A and two rounds of Sun Salutation B. Instead of worrying about matching every movement perfectly, stay connected to your own breathing: what matters is that you’re with your breath, not that you’re with me.

“Settle the fluctuations of the mind with practice and detachment.”
Today’s reflection reminds us that a distracted mind or an inflexible body does not disqualify us from yoga or meditation. That is why we practice. Whether we show up for five minutes, ten minutes, or longer, we train in these intentional moments so that we can show up more fully for our lives.
