Start your day on purpose with this 10-minute morning yoga practice for grounding, balance and mindful movement. We’ll connect breath and movement to help you arrive in the present moment and carry a clearer sense of intention into the day ahead.
We begin by grounding in Mountain Pose before opening the neck, shoulders and back. From there, we move through Plank, Downward-Facing Dog, Lizard Lunge twists, Wide-Legged Forward Fold and Skandasana. A toe-hold Side Plank adds a playful balance and core challenge before we return to standing.
Card Pull
Today’s oracle card is “Unconscious.” Its printed message is: “The mindful actions of the higher path lead to contentment.”
The card invites us to notice how much of daily life happens automatically—and to consider which ordinary activities we might approach more consciously. Making coffee, preparing lunch or beginning a familiar routine can become a small ritual: an opportunity to pause, show up and do something deliberately.
