Give yourself a little room to move this morning. Join me for shoulder opening, neck stretches and a flowing warrior sequence to wake up your body. This Ten-Minute Mornings practice includes about nine minutes of movement, followed by our oracle card and reflection.
We begin with standing cat-cow, interlaced hands and a forward fold, then move through Warrior I, Warrior II, peaceful warrior, extended side angle and triangle. A second round offers optional half and full binds, bound triangle and side plank, with a knee-down variation. Keep what works for you, leave what doesn’t, and keep breathing.
Card Pull
Today’s card names Savasana, or corpse pose, and offers this message: “Remember. The time of death is uncertain. Live well now.” I reflect on Savasana as a spiritual reset: letting go of old habits, patterns and beliefs, and making room to begin again. These are my own beliefs and reflections, and I welcome yours in the comments.
