Give your attention somewhere simple to land: your breath and the movement in front of you. In this 10-Minute Morning Yoga practice, I guide you through a short, repeating sequence so you can become familiar with the transitions and settle into the rhythm of one breath, one movement.
We begin slowly with forward folds, low lunges, down dog splits, knee-to-nose movements and high lunges, then repeat the sequence with the breath. There’s space to feel your feet, lengthen your spine and notice what changes as you move. The invitation is to trust your body and your breath—and let an imperfect attempt be part of the practice.
Card Pull
Our closing card is “Eternal Existence,” depicting Warrior III, with the message: “The body is temporary, but the true self is everlasting.” I share my personal interpretation of this warrior shape and reflect on the fearlessness it takes to move forward, trust yourself and live in the best way you know how.
