I’m so excited to share this new training with you: Six Days to Jump Start Your Mindfulness Practice. Each morning, you’ll receive an email with simple instructions for something you can do immediately without disrupting your routine. The most you’ll need is five or ten minutes.
On Day Six, you’ll be “armed” with everything you need to continue building and deepening your practice. Of course, I’m also here to help if you want a more bespoke program.
