Looking for a morning yoga practice with a little more strength work? Join me for 10-minute morning yoga with Chaturangas, half-boat core work and a flowing Warrior sequence. We’ll move with the breath, build some heat and make room for a quieter moment afterward.
I’ll start with Cat–Cow and wrist preparation before moving into plank, Chaturanga and backbends. From there, we’ll alternate core work with reclining twists, figure-four stretches and Bridge Pose, then come to standing for Warrior variations and a quicker final flow. I offer knees-down Chaturanga, Cobra and smaller core movements along the way, and you can take fewer push-ups whenever you need.
Stay after the movement for today’s oracle card, “Healing,” depicting Downward-Facing Dog. Its message is: “Resolve the past to free the present.”
Just as we revisit movements throughout this practice, some things in our lives ask for our attention more than once. I reflect on replaying old conversations, the residue we carry and making space to ask: “What do I need to really resolve this?” There’s also an unexpected carpet-cleaner analogy.
The movement portion is about ten minutes; the full video includes the card reflection and closing.
