DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Energizing Full-Body Flow | 10-Minute Morning Yoga

Add to My Favorites

You made it through the week—now let’s move, breathe and build some energy with an invigorating 10-minute morning yoga flow. This full-body practice combines shoulder and chest opening with a progressive standing sequence to help you feel awake, balanced and ready for Friday.

We begin with a gentle neck and shoulder release before flowing through Chair Pose, Warrior I, Warrior II, Triangle, Half Moon and Side Plank. You’ll have options throughout the practice, so take the transitions that work for you and remember: this is your practice, not mine.

Today’s Yoga Wisdom Oracle card is “Oneness,” depicted with Bridge Pose. Its printed message is: “Universal consciousness, infinite manifestations.”

The reflection invites us to imagine one consciousness as an ocean and each of us as a drop drawn from it for this human experience. Beneath the differences of our physical forms, we remain expressions of the same greater whole. The light in me recognizes the light in you.
