Before the world starts pulling you in a million different directions, join me for 10-minute morning yoga to ground, open and arrive in your day with intention. We’ll pay attention to how we connect with the mat, then carry that awareness into standing balance.
We begin by exploring Cat and Cow deliberately before flowing between them, then move through plank and downward-facing dog. Supported balance, Half Moon, low lunges and half splits prepare us for a standing sequence with Warrior III, an optional knee-to-chest hug, Half Moon, Warriors II and I, and Pyramid Pose. Keep the supported variations whenever they serve your practice, and give yourself room to wobble.
Card Pull
Our closing card is Connection, depicting Dancer Pose, from the Yoga Wisdom Oracle Deck. Its message is: “Honor and respect all life, for we are all connected.”
I reflect on extending grace to ourselves and others while still responding to disrespect with care and clear boundaries. Together, we set an intention to look for the light and cultivate connection.
