DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Grounded for the Day

Add to My Favorites

Begin your day feeling grounded, open and connected with this 10-minute morning yoga flow. We start on the back with a gentle bridge and back-body release, then move through Cat-Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, Lizard Pose and a forward fold before building into an energizing standing sequence.

High Lunges, twists, Warrior II, Triangle, Skandasana and Side Plank invite you to find steadiness through your feet—even when the practice feels a little shaky. We close with the “Compassion” card and a reflection on seeing one another with divine sight, pausing before we react and choosing to speak with love.
