DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Quiet Your Mind

Add to My Favorites

Quiet your mind and wake up your whole body with this 10-minute morning yoga flow for focus and mental clarity. We begin gently with standing folds and low lunges to activate the spine, open the hips and connect to the core before building into a stronger, breath-led sequence.

The flow includes plank, Chaturanga, Upward-Facing Dog, Downward-Facing Dog, high-lunge twists, Revolved Triangle, Chair Pose and an optional Revolved Half Moon balance. Throughout the practice, remember that your experience with your breath is more important than perfecting any shape.

Card Pull

Today’s Yoga Wisdom Oracle Deck card is “Enlightenment,” depicted in a dancer variation.

“When the fluctuations of the mind are stilled, we experience a moment of samadhi.”

The reflection reminds us that yoga is not defined by complicated poses or physical achievement. Even one quiet breath—one moment in which our thoughts fall away—can bring us a step closer to stillness.
