Easy Backbends Build to More Advanced Cat / Cow inspired series

In this week’s Slow Flow vinyasa sequence, we focus on opening up the spine with two essential postures: cat and cow. As always, the first few minutes can be performed sitting in a chair (if the floor feels “far away” to you), and then we’ll build to something a little more robust. As always, take what you need and leave the rest!
