This 10-minute morning yoga flow builds strength, balance, and coordination through a repeatable standing sequence. We move from grounded lunges into warrior variations, open transitions, and into tree pose with optional progressions.
The focus isn’t doing more—it’s making the movement you’re already doing more usable. Strong legs, steady breath, and clean transitions that don’t fall apart when things get a little wobbly.
