Practice ujjayi breath, mindful movement, cat-cow, chair pose, warrior one, pyramid pose, and cobra in this 10-minute morning yoga flow for calm focus before your day begins.
Today’s practice uses ujjayi breath as an anchor for attention while we move through a simple, steady morning flow. We begin seated with breath awareness, then carry that same inward focus into cat-cow, downward dog, chair pose, warrior one, pyramid pose, cobra, and a quiet card pull to set intention for the day.
This is a good one for days when the outside world is already loud and you need a few minutes to hear yourself think before stepping into it.
