DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Twists, Tight Hips & Back Stiffness

Add to My Favorites

If your back feels stiff, your hips feel tight, or you need a quick reset, this 10-minute morning yoga practice uses twists, lunges, spinal lengthening, and steady breath to help you move more freely.

Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice focuses on twisting, grounding, and opening through a steady vinyasa-inspired sequence. We’ll move through low lunges, lizard variations, thread-the-needle, downward dog twists, crescent lunge twists, Warrior I, prayer twists, and fallen triangle.

This is a great short yoga practice for back stiffness, tight hips, spinal mobility, and morning tension—especially if you’ve been sitting, traveling, or just need to get your body moving without overdoing it.
