DailyFlow Ten-Minute Mornings : 8a Weekdays

Lengthen First, Then Twist

Add to My Favorites

10 minutes of seated spinal work, side bends, and twists that build into lunges, core activation, and a steady vinyasa flow. This practice emphasizes lengthening the spine before deepening into backbends and twists, helping you move with more space and less strain.

We start slow and simple, then gradually build into stronger shapes—always prioritizing space over depth. Nothing forced, nothing rushed.

We close by pulling an oracle card and setting a clear, simple intention for the day: self-observation.
