Today’s Daily Flow Ten-Minute Mornings practice starts on all fours with cat-cow and gentle core activation, then moves into lizard lunges, quad stretches, wide-legged forward folds, crescent lunge, warrior flows, goddess squat, prayer twists, and vinyasa.

This is a quick morning yoga practice for stiffness, tiredness, and that “I’m technically awake but not fully online yet” feeling. We’ll move steadily, build heat without forcing it, and close with a Yoga Wisdom Oracle card pull on connection.
