Build steadiness, focus, and energy in today’s 10-Minute Mornings practice through lunges, twists, pyramid pose, standing splits, tree pose, and hand-to-big-toe variations. This short morning yoga flow is designed to help you feel grounded without forcing anything — balancing strength, concentration, and calm attention to start the day.

Today’s practice gradually builds from low lunges and seated twists into balance work like Warrior III, Tree Pose, Standing Split, and optional Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. Along the way we focus on rooting down, organizing the body with intention, and using breath to create steadiness instead of tension.

And at the end of practice, we pull an oracle card centered on meditation and daily contemplation — a reminder to create small moments of quiet awareness throughout the day.
