Wake up with twists, lizard lunges, wide-legged forward folds, Skandhasana, and upper-back release in this 10-minute morning yoga practice for energy, digestion, and a clearer start to the day.
Today’s practice uses steady standing work, grounded twists, and wide-legged folding to help release the back body, wake up the legs, and create a little more space before the day gets going. Nothing fancy. Just enough movement to feel less compressed and a little more awake.
We’ll also end with a Yoga Wisdom Oracle card pull: Headstand — Accurate Perception. A calm mind sees the world as it is — including the good stuff.
